My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were big, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was great as it was close to everything, and the breakfast was outstanding—I couldn't fault it in any way. However, the only downside was that my room was in full sun and exceptionally hot, making it a bit uncomfortable. Nonetheless, the overall experience was superb!

The room was lovely, large, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It even had additional items like hot chocolate and lovely biscuits. I felt right at home.

The staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was above my expectations and comfortable. They were always pleasant and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed.

The hotel's location was great for walking on the Downs and seafront. The town center and restaurants were only a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient. Plus, being just off the seafront in a quiet square added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The dining experience was fantastic. The breakfast spread was lovely, with a good selection of cereals, juice, yogurts, followed by a hearty hot meal including bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, beans, and toast. It was a great start to the day!

The room I stayed in was very spacious with a modern en-suite and a lovely view of the sea, although it was missing a hair dryer which I had to request from reception. The service was friendly and attentive, but I felt there was a slight lack of connection with guests. The location was perfect, just off the promenade with bright and clean surroundings. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag; the food quality was average, and I wished it had been warmer and fresher. The facilities were decent, but could have been enhanced with additional features like a TV in the common area for socializing.
